Helluva a list. Nevertheless it seems the critical question is "Where can one find a gluten free Danish?" (a multilayered, laminated sweet pastry in the viennoiserie tradition, not an abstinate person from Denmark)
A very important questions. There are a few gluten-free bakeries in Ottawa, but rarely is there a Danish on hand. I've seen some in Montreal but the GF offerings seem to focus on pies, cakes, and cookies and not Danish. I'd love a gluten free chocolate babka too, so good! Maybe I'll have to try and make it at home.
