Hi Randy, they aren’t integrated at all actually! Patreon is a monthly membership to support my work and receive longer form personal updates and resources about chronic pain, etc. The Substack is an email newsletter with the best of what I’ve read during the month -- and it’s free.
CAE is a newsletter, open to anyone with the link. The Patreon is closed to members only.
Some people do charge monthly fees for paid access to Substack posts, but that’s not what I did or plan to do.
so optimally I should just never sign off from either and when it seems I navigate seamlessly between the two just bask in my mastery of digital platforms.
You may find this weekly missive informative, entertaining and, well, just a little bit gonzo. These days I don't have enough time to digest it all, but I do still skim through for nuggets.
